A busy person is someone who has many priorities. If you have up to 3 priorities then that makes sense. However, if you have over 25 priorities, we are sad to say that your life is a mess. In order for you to be productive, you need to focus on a few things at once. That way you can do it all avoiding the confusion.
If you are one person who is always quick to say yes, then you will definitely be busy. Busy making sure that so much is done. However, a productive person is one who is slow at saying yes. This is because they know the amount of work that they need to do furthermore, they know the effort and the time that will it take if they are always agreeing to things.
